Installing the OADP Operator
You can install the OpenShift API for Data Protection (OADP) Operator on OKD 4 by using Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM).
The OADP Operator installs Velero 1.14.
Prerequisites
-
You must be logged in as a user with
cluster-adminprivileges.
Procedure
-
In the OKD web console, click Operators → OperatorHub.

Use the Filter by keyword field to find the OADP Operator.

Select the OADP Operator and click Install.
-
Click Install to install the Operator in the
openshift-adpproject. -
Click Operators → Installed Operators to verify the installation.
